General

I will not draw the following:• Hateful or discriminating themes towards any group or individual

• Copyrighted charactersI have the right to decline a commission for any undisclosed reason, even if it has not been listed above. Complex or very detailed requests may be subject to an additional fee.You must be over 18 years old to commission me and willing to confirm your age if needed.All payments must be handled via Paypal invoice. Bank transfer is possible for customers based in Finland.All personal information regarding the commission will stay private between me and the client. I will temporarily store contact information for invoicing and it will be erased after the service has been completed. Clients may have their identity hidden if requested (applies to online handles, real names will never be shared).By default, I will usually upload the artwork online; if the client requests, it will not be shared.

Commission progress

After a commission request has been accepted by me, I will complete an initial sketch of the artwork within a week (may vary depending on queue). During this stage, the client may request any changes to the artwork at no additional cost.After the sketch has been revised and approved, I will send an invoice to the client that must be paid in full before I progress any further. If payment has not been completed within 14 days, I will consider the commission abandoned.Average turnaround time, depending on the type of commission, may vary from 2 weeks to 4 months. I will give a rough estimate of the time required after payment has been completed; however, it is not binding and may vary drastically. If I need extra time to complete a commission, I will notify the client. The client may also ask for updates and WIPs at any time (however, please remember common courtesy and do not pester if I have already given you an update recently).If the client wishes for the commission to be finished within a certain timeframe, the deadline must be communicated in the initial request.After the commission has been completed, I will deliver a full resolution PNG file plus a PSD file if requested. The files sent to the client will not be watermarked, only images shared online will have a signature.Only minor edits may be requested for a completed artwork and they are subject to additional fees. However, fixing errors such as incorrect character details will not result in any additional costs.

Usage and permissions

As the creator, I retain all rights to my work. You are not allowed to use the artwork for profitable purposes without permission and a license. Editing the artwork is not allowed (not including cropping or resizing). Reposting the artwork to your personal gallery is allowed as long as I have been credited as the artist. I do not consent to my art being used in any blockchain-related technology, including but not limited to NFTs and cryptocurrency. My art may not be used to train artificial intelligence.

Refunds and cancellations

If the client wishes to cancel a commission, they may be entitled to a refund based on the completion status of the artwork. Commissions that have not been started or have not progressed past the sketch stage will be refunded in full. Commissions that are 50% finished will receive a 50% refund, 75% finished a 25% refund, et cetera. Commissions that have been completed cannot be refunded. However, failure to meet a deadline set by the client on my part will make the client eligible for a refund, even if the commission will eventually be completed.I have the right to cancel a commission at any time, and in such cases full refunds will be given.
